1.1 These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter: terms and conditions) apply to all offers, orders and agreements via the webshop of Starlinktv, to the exclusion of any other general terms and conditions.
1.2 Accepting an offer or placing an order means that you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.
1.3 The provisions of these terms and conditions can only be deviated from in writing, in which case the other provisions will remain in full force.
1.4 All rights and claims, as stipulated in these terms and conditions and in any further agreements for the benefit of Starlinktv, are also stipulated for the benefit of intermediaries and other third parties engaged by Starlinktv.
2.1 An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order. Starlinktv is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, Starlinktv will communicate this within 10 working days after receipt of the order.
3.1 All offers from Starlinktv are without obligation and expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (statutory) regulations.
3.2 All prices are stated in euros, excluding VAT and excluding any shipping costs
4.1 You can register items for return within 14 days of receipt, then you have 30 days to return the product to us, after which you will receive a full refund. Repayment of the purchase price will take place within 14 days after receipt of the product at Starlinktv Any (shipping) costs for returning the product are for the account of the buyer.
4.2 An exception to point 4.1 are items that have been specially ordered for you, which cannot be returned. In the case of a special product, this will also be clearly indicated.
4.3 You are obliged to check whether the ordered items correspond to your order and whether they have been received by you in good condition. If this is not the case, you can report this to Starlinktv in writing or by email within 14 days of receipt, stating the order number and/or invoice number and a clear explanation of why the item does not meet the requirements. Decor Floor will return or exchange the item after consultation, any shipping or return costs will then be borne by the customer.
4.4 Only unopened products or in the original packaging may be returned.
5.1 When sending the articles, you must pay the payment prior to the shipment.
5.4 If the prices for the products and services offered increase in the period between the order and the execution thereof, you are entitled to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement within 10 days after notification of the price increase by starlinktv
6.1 The delivery times specified by starlinktv are only indicative. Exceeding any delivery term does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or to dissolve the agreement, unless the exceeding of the delivery term is such that you cannot reasonably be expected to maintain the agreement. In that case you are entitled to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement insofar as this is necessary.
6.2 An exception to point 6.1 are items that have been specially ordered for you, which cannot be returned. In the case of a special product, this will also be clearly indicated.
6.3 Items that cannot be delivered with the parcel service fall under ”special transport”. In this case, the items are delivered curb-to-curb, so that the customer must unload the items from the van.
Retention of title
7.1 The ownership of delivered products is only transferred if you have paid all that you owe to Starlinktv under any agreement. The risk with regard to the products is already transferred to you at the time of delivery8. Electronic Communications and Evidence
8.1 For misunderstandings, mutilations, delays or improper transmission of data and messages as a result of the use of the internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between the customer and Starlinktv (or third parties engaged by the customer), StarlinkTV is not liable, unless and for insofar as there may be intent or gross negligence on the part of Starlinktv
8.2 The administration of Starlinktv counts as full proof of the existence, content and implementation of the agreement with the customer in any legal proceedings, until proof to the contrary
